    New DOLPHIN ACS (Automatic Charge Selector)
    This new DOLPHIN ACS (or Automatic Charge Relay, Voltage Sensitive Relay) does not used any solid state electronics as most products on the market. Thanks Mosfet technology and built-in microprocessor the new DOLPHIN ACS combines many new feature which make it unique on the market.
    Based on customer feedback using competitor products the DOLPHIN ACS features many unique selling points such as Current Limit Function, One way operating “blocking diode function”, Pulsed charge feature
    The DOLPHIN ACS is IP67, fully protected against overtemp, overload, under and over battery voltage and complies with ISO 13297, 10133, 8846. It includes also a manual override and tricolour LED for status information.
    The new DOLPHIN ACS operates in 12 volts DC with 50 amp continuous capacity and 120 amp peak.

    The new DOLPHIN PRO 24.150 battery charger is now availble in 230 volts single phase or 380 volts three phase input voltage. Dedicated for superyacht or megayacht this unit includs TOUCH screen color control panel, CAN BUS interface for integration with yacht or ship monitoring system.
    The maximum output rating reach 150 amp in 24 volts. 9 charging programs are available for all type of battery (lead acid, AGM, GEL...)
    Like all DOLPHIN PRO battery charger this unit can provide full power till 65°C without any derating.

    DOLPHIN PRO HD+ series meets constant voltage charger requirements, helping to charge and maintain most common batteries.

    Pegomas, France (March 30, 2015) REYA – The DOLPHIN Charger has received the highly respected Det Norske Veritas (DNV-GL) type approval. This DNV-GL certificate further confirms the unit is suitable for use on-board marine vessels including Ships, High Speed & Light Craft.

    The DNV-GL type approval assures potential users that the DOLPHIN PRO HD+ has undergone rigorous testing and has been determined to meet the highest quality standards. The DNV-GL assessment process is built upon marine electrical engineer and recognized by shipyards, electrical sub-contractors, and major clients throughout the world.

    “Charging batteries in marine environments is challenging for traditional battery charger which overcharge, undercharge or high charge ripple” explaines Nicolas Fata, Dolphin charger’s head of sales and marketing for the DOLPHIN PRO HD+. “Extreme temperature and vibrations on vessels and platforms or stand-by genset may create critical situation for traditional battery charger. We’re very proud that the battery charger withstood the rigorous testing required for the DNV-GL certification, which further demonstrates the quality and robustness of DOLPHIN PRO HD+ Series.”

    The DOLPHIN PRO HD+ battery charger is designed to perform as a battery charger / power supply for the demanding requirements of marine, oil & gas, off-shore and other DC applications.
    Standard features include multi-stage charging, low output ripple, temperature compensation, protection, control information with unique 2.5LED HMI and Can Bus J1939, alarms contact.

    These chargers are available in 24 volts DC output voltage with DC current output from 40 to 100 amps.

    To achieve DNV-GL’s approval, DOLPHIN PRO HD+ charger was tested by international recognised laboratories in accordance with the standard set out by IEC 60335-1 & IEC 60335-2-29, low temperature & vibration tests in accordance to SfC No. 2.4 Class A, Humidity / Damp heat tests in accordance with SfC No. 2.4 Class A.

    DOLPHIN PRO Canbus approved by Italian NAVIOP
    NAVIOP System is the most highly versatile, flexible and marine oriented system that can be adapted to any type of boat for maximum personalization, to meet very high comfort and security levels.
    Designed to meet several needs of monitoring and control, each customer can configure and customize easily and quickly his own monitoring system choosing his preferred monitoring pages. It is available on all our HMI panels.
    According to the Naviop screen chosen for the system, each application can be ordered in two different visualizations: for both portrait and landscape view (7” and 13” wide screens), for landscape view only (4”, 12”, 15” screens).
    The data shown on each page can be gathered from the field in three different ways:
    • Communication protocols
    • Analogue acquisition boards
    • NMEA2000
    The customer can also personalize the monitoring pages including the Shipyard’s logo, the picture of the boat and choosing the background colour within a list of predifined ones.
    Each page can also include hardware devices, such as T-BOX PLC, Fos module, CAN network components, Nova light boards, Egon boards, West weather control unit, ION I/O module, N-Pilot controller, cables and accessories.
    These devices have been developed to work and interface with the most widespread protocols, based on NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, Canbus 2.0B, J1939, Serial 232, 422, 485, Ethernet, Modbus TCP and many more, all of them widely tested and verified.
